This module aims at equipping learners with the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to facilitate assessment in the workplace.

It will facilitate the learner to plan assessment activities, design assessment instruments, facilitate and administer an assessment. Also, he can build his /her own portfolio assist trainees in building portfolio; participate in assessment verification, validation of results and external assessment process.
