TTCB104: COMPETENCY-BASED TRAINING PLANNING (Reviewed by TQUM)

This module aims at equipping learners with the skills, knowledge, and attitude required to plan training in the workplace. It will help them to be able to interpret the curriculum, elaborate a chronogram in accordance with flowchart and school calendar, produce a scheme of work for a module specification in his/her own trade in accordance with a chronogram, and to prepare an inclusive session plan in accordance to the scheme of work.

At the end of this module, the learner will be competent in planning CBT Sessions.
