IT SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

This module describes the skills, knowledge, and attitude required to improve organizational systems, typically by applying software to help employees accomplish key business tasks more easily and efficiently. At the end of this module, the learner will be able to determine the specific system needs, discuss the system's approaches and tasks, evaluate tools and techniques, and use appropriate methods and techniques to design software.
