This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude for:

  1. Preparation for Security Systems installation and maintenance
  2. Installation of CCTV Cameras, Fire Alarms and Intruder Alarms
  3. Maintenance of  Security System
  4. Handover of the work done

This module aims at equipping learners with the skills to prepare, install, maintain, and hand over security systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, and intruder alarms.
It covers tool selection, site preparation, device configuration, fault diagnosis, and repair.
Emphasis is placed on safety, functionality, proper documentation, and customer communication.
