Students will deepen the psychological foundations of learner support, inclusive education practices, and the social dimensions of TVET in relation to labor market needs. Integrating socialization into TVET curricula to align with labor market demands is emphasized. Students will address contemporary socio-economic and environmental challenges, and enhance their capacity to work in an inclusive and dynamic educational environment.
