The module aims to provide a solid understanding of the Air Transport industry. The module will enable the trainees to serve their customers by applying their travel geography knowledge to solve air travel needs, interpret, advise on airfares, and their rules. They may even be able to prevent errors and reduce the cost of agency debit memos resulting from under-collection on fares or incorrect ticketing. Once this module is complete, the trainees will be equipped with the necessary skills to calculate airfares and work with fares filed in the Global Distribution Systems.
This module describes the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to describe the basics of zoology, identify species of touristic importance, and create an animal species’ account to interpret fauna.
This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to communicate effectively at the workplace. In fact, the trainee will be able to apply English general language skills, listen to trade related speeches, speak about trade related topics and read trade-specific texts. Once this module is well delivered the trainee will be equipped with necessary skills to communicate in English at workplace.
