This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required
to analyze linear circuits
powered by DC or AC sources, AC power and poly-phase circuits. It also
describes the
analysis methods and theorems required to accomplish the above tasks. It is
designed for
students pursuing diploma in electrical technology.
This module is designed for students pursuing Diploma courses in Mechatronics Technology. It
describes the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to apply technical drawing. At the end
of this course, the learner will be able to use mechanical drawing instruments, materials and
equipment; apply lines and symbols used in drawing and perform 2 & 3-dimensional drawing.
This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to apply Analog Electronics in the construction of analogue electronic circuits that accomplish certain tasks and functions on electrical signals. This module is intended to students pursuing advanced diploma in Mechatronics. At the end of this module, students will be able to interpret basic concept of electronic materials, describe a diode, describe a transistor, and perform Medical Signal Conditioning.

This module describes the skills, knowledge and right attitudes required to match the
learning process with occupation, develop action plan to meet occupation standards
and relate occupation with the labor market demand. This module is intended for
trainees pursuing Advanced Diploma in all engineering trades. The trainees will be able
to identify the occupation and its learning processes. They will also be able to integrate
in the working environment, set out the goals to perform the occupation and selfassessment.
This module encourages greater motivation and, subsequently, a better
integration of various learning. The trainees will be able to independently develop a
comprehensive and clear vision of the occupation and training programme at
professional level.
