This module is intended to students pursuing advanced diploma in Mechatronics. At the end of this module, the students will be able to to conduct a site survey to identify network components, design the network, implement physical topology, apply IP addressing, subnet network, enable connection, and implement the application protocol to interact with end-users under minimum supervision.

At the end of this module, students will be able to design, build and maintain and repair electronic control circuits identifying maintenance risks on equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for electronic circuit systems and document the control circuit after its implementation

The trainee will be required to follow company guidelines as well as the procedure for carrying out industrial motor installation.

This module describe skills, knowledge and attitude required for a learner to design , build , operate and maintain any types of robot. This module is intended to student pursuing advanced diploma in Mechatronics Technology. At the end of this module, student will be able to convert an automation idea to a working robot starting from writing down the specification for the final robot, design and develop different robot parts , assembly the designed robot and finally program and test the robot.

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to install CAD software modeling parts, assembling parts, generating drawings from parts and or assembly of the machine parts and or mechanical components as well as mechanical systems. At the end of this module, the students will be able to design using CAD different engineering parts or system of mechanical systems to perform a specific function in mechanical field as well as other industrial field. The student will also be able to analyze and or test parts under different nature of loads made using different mechanical joining means or methods. They will be able to exercises some initiatives and independence in carrying out defined activities at professional level.
