Digitalized Modules - Elite C

This module describes the skills and knowledge required to manage wildlife habitats due to their roles in sustaining the wildlife components they support and the delivery of different types of ecosystem services that benefit human beings and wildlife managers.

The learner is expected to recognize the situations that need wildlife management interventions, therefore there is a need to plan for wildlife habitat management with a clear definition of objectives, schedule, and resources (learning unit 1). This module will impart to the learner the ability to select and apply different habitat management techniques and options (learning unit 2) and to restore habitats to their optimal ecological state after habitat changes have occurred (learning unit 3).
