ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Students will be able to apply basic project management skills to project initiation, planning, managing time and resources, execution, monitoring and control of progress, managing changes, executing product test plans, conducting project meetings, reporting progress, preparing documents, presenting deliverables, and undertaking project closeout.
