This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to Assess systematically guest relation activities according to the standard., Ensure effectively all needed facilities are available, Ensure respectively available staff according work to be done; 1 Inspect systematically food and beverage services a per guest needs, facilitate effectively accommodation services as per hotel standards , facilitate effectively subsidiaries services for the satisfactory of the guest, Scrutinize properly guest complaints for responsive solution, discover accurately the causes of customer complaint as per service rendered and solve appropriately customer complaints as per hotel standard. It is intended for adult learners pursuing level 7 of RTQF in any option of TVET. At the end of this module, trainees will be able to handle guest relations, monitor activities that meet customer expectations and handle guest complaints in familiar and routine contexts.
