Course Description: Engineering Ethics
This course introduces students to the ethical principles, professional responsibilities, and moral decision-making required in engineering practice. It examines the role of ethics in ensuring public safety, sustainability, accountability, and social responsibility in engineering projects. Students will explore professional codes of ethics, ethical theories, and real-world case studies involving engineering failures, conflicts of interest, intellectual property, environmental responsibility, and workplace conduct.
