Statically Determinate Structures Analysis

This module is designed for students pursuing technical courses for the award of a Diploma in Highway Technology.

 It describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to identify structural supports and connections; beam loading analysis; frame loading analysis and trusses analysis. 

At the end of this module, the student will be able to identify types of supports and connections, calculate reactions forces, internal loads and deflection for beams, frame and trusses under minimum supervision.
