CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Purpose statement This module is designed for students pursuing Advanced diploma in Construction Technology. It describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to manage construction projects. At the end of the module, the students will be able to carry out construction project planning manage construction site resources, carry out project monitoring and evaluation, carry out contract management and carry out project close out.
