WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION

This course aims at equipping students with the following skills;

i.         Identify properly the tools and equipment used in pipe works

ii.          Identify properly the tools and equipment used in pipe works

iii.          Connect effectively the pipework according to the type of materials, size, and design specifications

iv.          Identify properly the types of cold-water supply systems by design requirements

v.          Interpret properly plumbing drawings according to the plumbing standards symbols

vi.          Install proper cold-water supply systems according to the International Plumbing Code (IPC)

vii.          Identify properly the types of hot water supply systems by the International Plumbing Code (IPC)

viii.          Identify properly water heater types by international Plumbing Code (IPC)

ix.          Install proper hot water supply systems according to the International Plumbing Code (IPC)
