STATICALLY DETERMINATE STRUCTURES ANALYSIS (CSTDS 601)

This module is designed for students pursuing technical courses for the award of a Diploma in Construction Technology. It describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to analyze structural supports and connections; analyze beam loading; frame loading and trusses. At the end of this module, the student will be able to analyze structural supports and connections, calculate reactions forces, internal loads and deflection for beams, frame and trusses under minimum supervision.
