This course describes the skills, knowledge and right attitudes required to install CAD software modeling parts, assembling parts, generating drawings from parts and or assembly of the machine using CAD, the students will be able to design different mechanical parts and systems. The student will also be able to analyze parts and or mechanical components as well as mechanical systems. At the end of this module, /or test parts under different nature of loads applied using different mechanical joining means or methods. They will be able to independently exercise some initiatives in carrying out defined activities at professional level.

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude acquired by the learner to plan and prepare a dish from local ingredients like potatoes, beans, plantains, cassava, peas, millet, sorghum, sweet potatoes, meat, fish, vegetables, legumes and tropical fruits such as avocado, bananas, mango, pineapple, passion fruits. The module contents are grouped into three learning unities namely to Plan for African dishes preparation, perform African dishes preparation activities and present African dishes. The module leads a learner to characterize African cuisine and prepare professionally a range of African dishes.

This module is designed to provide undergraduate trainees with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for designing agricultural machinery and equipment. It comprehensively addresses the entire designing processes, from drafting blueprints, applying CAD for Agricultural Machinery & equipment design and Developing prototype. By the end of this module, trainees will be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of machinery design and apply their learning to real-world design endeavours.
